  From start to finish my experience with Penrith Toyota was bad. I found a cheaper price for the car I wanted at a different dealer but Penrith Toyota begged me to buy the car from them and that they would be cheaper then my original quote from else where. Which they did, so I ordered my car from there. I was originally told my car would take a few months as it had to be built. Which was fine. How ever leading up to the "promised" date I herd nothing. So I emailed my sales person only to have my emails bounce back, I then rang the dealer to be told my sales person had left. No one thought to contact me and let me know who to talk to about my car. A few days later a new sales person contacted me informing me the car would be ready early feb, I was originally told mid December. Still I happily waited as this was the car I wanted. When I picked up my car the inside and outside were filthy, as if it hadn't been detailed/washed before handing the car over. My sales person showed no interest in the handover process, in fact they had went through the check list before I had arrived, I was quickly showed the inside and told its all striaght forward I will figure out the controls. After leaving the dealer ship I drove 10 minutes to my house, to find a scratch on the boot of my brand new car. Not very happy, I rang the next day only to be told I had to bring the car in during the week for an inspection, as I work full time this was impossible and didn't garnered the scratch would be fixed. So I took the car in on a Saturday and spoke to the sales manager and owner. Who both assured me they would handle the issue and get the Scratch fixed. I left my brand new car in there hands, a few days later a sales person rang to say the car was ready to be picked up. When I got the the sales manager and owner were not there, and no one really had a clue about the issue. I had a quick look and the scratch was fixed. I opened my door to find the inside of the car had mud every, when I arrived home I had a closer look at the area where the scratch was, to find they hadn't removed all of the tape residue from masking off the area, the left side of my car was scratched from the mirror all down the side, with thick brush marks where they had tried to patch up the scratches they put on the car. I emailed them that night,to let them know how disappointed I was, I hadn't had my car for a week and it was covered in scratches, most of which I have no polished out, however I need to take it to a smash repairer to get the deeper ones touched up. The next day I missed a call from Penrith Toyota to I rang back only to be told the relevant the people were not there. I left a message and no one ever got back to me. I rang a few more times to be told the same thing. Eventually I gave up wasting my time.
  
  To make the whole thing worse when I rang up to book in for my "complimentary 1000km" service, I was told they were booked out for a few weeks and that I had to give at least one months notice, and also that it takes a whole day to do the service. I probably should of booked in before I even picked up the car in that case. I rang a different dealer ship that fit my car in a week later and done the service in the morning while I waited only taking one hour.
  
  I would recommend a RAV4 to anyone it's such a great car, however I wouldn't recommend Penrith Toyota, once they have your money they don't care or show any respect.
